The reliability and longevity of a battery hinges, to a large extent, on the quality of the charger. Battery chargers are often given low priority, especially for consumer products. In this paper we address the charger as the quintessential provider and guardian of the battery. The number of recharges depends solely on the depth of discharge and is limited to a few cycles at best. With each recharge, the amount of capacity the cell can hold is reduced. The newest addition to the lithium-ion family is the A123 System in which nano-phosphate materials are added in the cathode. I have yet to find any features that irritate me enough to return the notebook, and I have been through at least 4 notebooks looking for the right fit. The NC6200 series is a great alternative for anyone looking to buy a business notebook with a ThinkPad design. It is my opinion that this notebook has a better build that the ThinkPad T43. The NC6200 series has a completely solid feel.
